Tiffany N. Montouth
Tiffany N. Montouth is an associate attorney with our Firm. She prepares Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning documents; manages probate administration, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and the transfer of real property from a trust or an estate.
Prior to joining the Firm, Tiffany spent three years in real estate law overseeing residential and commercial property transactions for a firm serving regional, national, and multi-national clients. In addition, she served two years as in-house counsel for a national insurance and asset management corporation.
She has been recognized with the CALI Award – Tax Law Clinic and the Tax Law Certificate, earned from University of Connecticut School of Law.
Tiffany is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
